Contract description:
Catering services contract for the launching event of the project "INTERNATIONAL CENTRE FOR ADVANCED STUDIES FOR FLUID SYSTEMS - MERIES "DANUBIUS - RO", financed within the POCIDIF, Financing Contract no. 390004/23.10.2024, SMIS code: 304273, which will take place on 14.01.2025, at the Romanian Academy Library, Ion Heliade Rădulescu Amphitheatre, between 9-17

The requested catering services consist of:

• Coffee break for 100 participants
  • Coffee (condensed milk, brown sugar and sweetener), tea, still water bottled in 500 ml bottles, mineral water bottled in 500 ml bottles, pastries up to 150 g per person are required for the coffee break.
• Lunch for 80 participants
  • For lunch, the following are required: mini starters up to 200 g per person, hot dishes up to 150 g per person, dessert up to 80 g per person.
• Providing transport to the location
• Providing the necessary tableware for the event (ceramic plates, stainless steel cutlery, stainless steel/ceramic/glass platters, clinging trays for the serving tray, wicker baskets for buns, waste bin
• Buffet arrangement
• Providing buffet tables and high tables for serving
• Tablecloths for the Swedish buffet
• Flower arrangements according to the space allocated to the buffet
• Ensuring the service of at least one waiter for the duration of the event
• Clear the space where coffee and lunch breaks are held
