Biography

I am a specialist in communication, risk and innovation management. I am also a contact person ICGEB, Counsellor ATCM and CEP 2023 advisor. To date I have participated in three ROICE scientific expeditions conducted in West Antarctica, King George Island and hosted by the Korean research base King Sejong.

My research expertise is in human physiology and biomedicine, with a specialization in transfusion medicine. This includes research on blood preservation environments, preservation technologies for red blood cells and blood components, and research on the adaptability of the human body to extreme environmental conditions. In addition, I conduct studies on microbial biodiversity in aquatic and extreme environments within the field of environmental microbiology.
