The INCDSB team, together with its branches across the country, participated in the Researchers' Night 2024, held on 27 September. This year, we focussed on bringing science even closer to the public, through interactive activities and experiments dedicated to both young and adult science enthusiasts in all corners of the country.

Visitors had the opportunity to explore the mysteries of biology and chemistry through exciting experiments, as well as learn more about our research at the South Pole and its impact on our understanding of extreme ecosystems. Using microscopes, we opened a window into the microscopic world, revealing life invisible to the naked eye.

INCDSB's participation in Researchers' Night 2024 emphasised the importance of being actively involved in promoting science to the general public. The event provided an open space for people to interact with our research and discover, in an accessible and engaging way, just how fascinating the world of science really is.
