Description

The subject of the contract is providing catering services for a scientific event organised during 15-17.04.2026, 59-61 Mărăști Boulevard, with the participation of approximately 35 people.

Catering services will include coffee breaks, lunch (3 days) and dinner (1 day, 15.04.2026)according to the event programme.

The requested catering services consist of:

1. Coffee breaks (two breaks x 3 days)

For each coffee break is requested:

  • coffee and tea (with honey, sugar and lemon)

  • still water and bottled mineral water

  • fruit juices or fresh fruit juice

  • sweet and savoury pastries

  • desserts

  • fresh fruit platters

The products will be served as Swedish buffet plattersin a grammar appropriate for the participants.

2. Lunch (1 x 3 days)

Lunch services will include:

  • hot platters with a variety of dishes, including vegan and vegetarian dishes

  • finger-food dishes

  • fresh salads with dressing

  • selection of artisan bread

  • still water and bottled mineral water

  • desserts

Lunch services will provide a full menu for participants, according to the minimum recommendation of about 450 g/person.

3. Dinner (cocktail buffet / networking) (1 x 1 day)

Dinner will include:

  • cheese platters with fruit and nuts

  • premium finger-food selection

  • vegan and vegetarian platters

  • hot platters

  • fresh salads with dressing

  • selection of artisan bread

  • still water and bottled mineral water

  • artisan desserts

These dishes will be served as buffet for socialising and networking.
Lunch services will provide a full menu for participants, according to the minimum recommendation of about 450 g/person.

Supplementary information

The provider must ensure:

  • transport of products to the event venue

  • buffet set-up

  • necessary crockery (ceramic plates, stainless steel cutlery, stainless steel/ceramic/glass platters, adhesive trays for clearing up, rubbish bin, etc.)

  • buffet tables and high serving tables

  • tablecloths

  • flower arrangements in the buffet areas

  • waitstaff (at least 2 waiters)

  • clearing the space after every break or meal.
