Information of public interest
The free and unrestricted access of any person in Romania to information of public interest, as defined by Law 544/2001, is one of the fundamental principles of the relationship between individuals and public authorities.
Information of public interest means any information which relates to the activities or results from the activities of a public authority or public institution, whatever the medium or the form or manner in which the information is expressed.
