Description

Contract for catering services (coffee break) for the event dedicated to the ROICE 2026 expedition and its scientific impact to be held on 26.02.2026, in the ACULA ACADEMIEI ROMÂNE, Calea Victoriei 125, Bucharest

The coffee break for which catering is requested is scheduled from 10.30am

 The requested catering services consist of:

• Coffee break for 80 participants

Coffee break: coffee (condensed milk, brown sugar and sweetener), tea, still bottled water in 500ml bottles, bottled mineral water in 500ml bottles, sweet and savoury pastries up to 150g/person

• Providing transport to the location
• Provide the necessary tableware for the event (ceramic plates, stainless steel cutlery, stainless steel/ceramic/tin platters, adhesive trays for clearing up, waste bin)
• Buffet arrangement
• Providing buffet tables and high tables for serving
• Tablecloths for the Swedish buffet
• Flower arrangements according to the space allocated to the buffet
• Ensuring the service of at least one waiter for the duration of the event
• Clearing the coffee break area
