Description

Consultancy and legal assistance services contract for a period of 14 months, under which the INCDSB will benefit from legal assistance consisting mainly, but not limited to, the following activities:

  1. Providing a legal opinion on responses to requests for clarification from any party involved in procurement procedures
  2. Legal assistance in avoiding any type of financial correction that could be applied as a result of public procurement procedures
  3. Assistance in formulating the points of view in any prior notifications/challenges against tender procedures, at any stage of the procedures, as well as drafting, signing and supporting any procedural documents necessary for the settlement of the contestations
  4. Drafting and signing of complaints/appeals against decisions rendered by the National Appeals Council or drafting and signing of statements of defence, applications, written submissions to complaints/appeals lodged by economic operators, as well as drafting, signing and supporting any procedural documents necessary for the settlement of complaints/appeals related to the award of public procurement contracts

Assistance in formulating the terms and conditions of partnership contracts within national consortia / ERIC-type research infrastructures

Participation conditions
  1. The economic operators interested in submitting a tender must have a certificate issued by the National Trade Register Office specifying the object of activity classified by CAEN codes (according to Order 337/2007), showing that the object of activity is the provision of services subject of the procurement
  2. As the direct award will be carried out in the SEAP catalogue, economic operators interested in submitting a tender must be registered in SEAP.
