Description

Contract for design services and works outside the connection tariff for the supply of electricity to the investment objective INTERNATIONAL CENTRE FOR ADVANCED STUDIES FOR FLUID SYSTEMS - MERIES "DANUBIUS - RO" consisting mainly of the following activities, without the list of these being exhaustive:

  1. Topometrical survey for the location of the projected electrical installation and elaboration of the use and easement declaration documentation - 1 ans.
  2. Design works outside the connection tariff according to ATR - 1 ans.
  3. Elaboration of technical documentation for obtaining building permits and authorisation; obtaining building permits and authorisation - 1 ans.
  4. Technical Consultancy, including technical assistance from the designer - 1 ans.
  5. Execution of works not included in the connection tariff (installation of the tyre for the connection point with 2 compartments, meter recess, earth socket and pavement around it; equipping the user compartment with a DG cell, a TSI cell, 4 kVA transformer; other activities for connection point installation according to ATR, as appropriate) - 1 ans.
  6. Specific services (realisation of the earth socket, PRAM tests) - 3 ans.

Participation conditions
  1. The economic operators interested in submitting a bid must have a certificate issued by the National Trade Register Office specifying the object of activity classified by CAEN codes (according to Order 337/2007), which shows that the object of activity is the provision of services and execution of works subject of the procurement
  2. In view of the nature of the services and works to be covered by the future contract, economic operators interested in submitting a tender shall submit with their tender all the authorisations/certificates issued by the authorities with competence in the field
  3. Bearing in mind that, following the evaluation of the tenders, the direct award of the contract will take place in the SEAP catalogue, economic operators interested in submitting a tender must be registered in SEAP.
