Development of an innovative product based on increasing the therapeutic potential of some extracts obtained within CROMATEC PLUS SRL

The project aims to develop new conditioning formulations through the development and optimisation by our team of innovative biovectors (biomimetic complexes) based on phosphatidyl choline, biocompatible carriers for the transport of molecules with therapeutic potential (TMPs) obtained from a phytocomplex (concentrated extracts from fruits and/or leaves) of Hippophae rhamnoides (sea buckthorn, family Elaeagnaceae).
The efficiency of biovector-MPT complexes is tested in vitro. The kinetics of the controlled release of the active principles from these complexes are also determined in vitro, on the basis of which the possible mechanisms involved in the release processes of the active principles from the complex matrices are described.
