Centre of Excellence in Nutrition Security, facilitating the transition to sustainable food systems globally. The project aims to identify diverse sources of protein, identify and optimise agricultural/aquaculture practices and food processing technologies, explore innovative protein production technologies, establish the relationship between sustainable food production quality and health, and develop sustainable and traceable supply chains.
